One of the Pioneer residents of the district, Mrs Mary Ann Ladlow, of George St, Horsham, died at the Wimmera Base Hospital on Friday at the age of 91. She was born at Birchip and married at Horsham to Mr Charles Ladlow, of Dooen North, who predeceased her many years ago. Member of the family are George (dec), Annie (Mrs F. Milne, Laen North), Robert Charles (Horsham) Ernest James (Dooen North) Amy Amelia (Mrs Byrne, Horsham), Albert (dec), Victor Edwin & Oliver (dec). The funeral was at the Horsham Cemetery on Saturday, the Rev. P. J. Thomas conducting the services at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church and at the graveside. Messrs: G. Ladlow, C. Ladlow, D. Ladlow, J. Ladlow, O. Ladlow and S. Crafter were the coffin bearers. The arrangements were carried out by L. Hutchesson.

Mary married Charles LADLOW, son of Robert LADLOW and Mary BELL. (Charles LADLOW was born on 18 Nov 1854 in Springbank S.A and died on 30 Mar 1928 in Horsham, Victoria.)
